Jules DeVigne, President, Turning Point USA Colorado State
Jules DeVigne is the President of Turning Point USA at Colorado State University where he is pursuing a business degree with dual concentrations in marketing and management. A lifelong Colorado native, raised across the state, Jules is a passionate advocate for conservative values, free speech, and faith-based leadership on college campuses.
Motivated by the tragic loss of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk just six days before Jules was going to meet him, he decided to step into the presidency amid significant challenges. Through steadfast resilience and strategic vision, he has grown the CSU chapter to its largest and most active size yet, hosting high- impact events and connecting students with influential conservative speakers.
Deeply committed to his Christian faith, Jules credits his opportunities and strength to his walk with Jesus Christ. He often shares, “Jesus is the only reason I am here with these opportunities as I continue to walk with the Lord and trust in His plans for me.” When facing opposition or hardship, he turns to prayer for guidance and has experienced many answers along the way.
Outside of Turning Point, Jules studies nutrition and fitness to steward his body well. He lives off- campus in Fort Collins and remains dedicated to equipping the next generation of Leaders.
