SCOTT BOTTOMS, COLORADO’S 15TH DISTRICT STATE REPRESENTATIVE
Scott Bottoms is the elected 2022 representative from the 15th District, which includes much of eastern Colorado Springs and Cimarron Hills in El Paso County. He is a Navy Veteran and Pastor of the Church at Briargate in Colorado Springs. He will speak to BRW on the special session bills and the 2024 ballot initiatives.
